Financial Requirements:
Participants shall pay a registration fee of Three Thousand
Pesos (P3,000.00), which includes cost of conference
materials and supplies, kit containing handouts, transportation
expenses for exposure trips; snacks lunch and dinner
for three and a half days; tuition fees (facilitators,
and resource specialists); performance fees.
Other Concerns:
The Magsaysay Camp in Bilar is essentially a site for
tent camping. Only toilets and showers facilities are
available for use . Thus each participant must bring
his/her camping gear (tent, sleeping and camping paraphernalia,
toiletries, and clothes for four days). Swimming apparel
should be brought along.
Each participant must shoulder his/her own fares
to and from Bohol. All inland fares related to the heritage
camp activity will be provided by the camp organizers.
Meals will be provided from Lunch of May 18 to Breakfast
of May 22.
Participants must register at the SITIO
UBOS TABUAN PAVILLION, in front of the Casa Rocha-Suarez
Museum, Franklin Street, Tagbilaran City behind the
St. Joseph's Cathedral from 8:00 to 10:00 am on May
18, 2006. From there, buses will be provided to bring
delegates to the camp where the official program start
at 1:30 pm.
All delegates must be endorsed by their
respective institutions: schools, parish organizations
or from any of the following: DSWD, DEP-ED, SK. PYM,
GSP, BSP.
Each delegate must fill out a reservation
form which must be received by the organizers no later
than May 7, 2006 and sent to:
